It consists of a family apartment which sleeps four (one double bed and two bunkbeds). It includes a kitchenette with a large dining area and bathroom adapted for disabled people. The apartment is accessible via a ramp.

Apart from the apartment there are three double bedrooms , both with bathrooms. The house offers a playcorner with toys and games, two living rooms with television (includes DVD set), hifi equipment, a large dining room (high chairs are available), a laundry room ( washing machine and dryer), a public phone, floor heating and on request cots. The interior is designed in a rustic, bud functional style.
